About Altius CM: NYC Facade & Roofing Contractor
Built for NYC's toughest buildings: facade restoration, roofing, waterproofing and construction management from an office in Carle Place, NY.
Who we are
Altius CM is a NYC facade and roofing contractor based in Carle Place, NY, that also runs construction management for larger and multi-trade jobs. We specialize in facade restoration, roof repair & replacement, parking structure repair, sidewalk repair & replacement, and suspended scaffolding & rope access — with construction management layered on top when a project's scale calls for it.
We provide services for residential, multifamily, commercial, retail, and industrial buildings in New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland County, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
A significant part of our work involves helping building owners and managers stay compliant with NYC's Local Law 11 (facade inspection and repair) and Local Law 126 (parking structure inspection and repair) — regulations that carry real safety stakes for the properties we serve.
On Local Law 11 work, we support the architects and engineers who conduct FISP inspections, with rope access, scaffolding and hands-on probes. The licensed professional (QEWI) signs and files the report. We then carry out the facade repairs it calls for. Our documented work runs from single buildings to the 21-structure Peter Cooper Village program; see the full project list.
Depending on the project and materials used, we back our completed work with warranties of up to 30 years.
