The building address, what you're seeing, and any report that's driving the work: a FISP (Local Law 11) report, a Local Law 126 parking structure report, or a DOT sidewalk violation. Photos help. We work across New York City, with documented projects in Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx.
What happens next
- We read what you sent and follow up by email to ask anything missing, such as the report, drawings or access details.
- If a FISP report is driving the work, your architect or engineer (the QEWI) leads the inspection and files the report. We help architects and engineers conduct inspections, then price the repairs the report calls for.
- You get a written scope and price, with the protection and access the job needs: a sidewalk shed, suspended scaffold or rope access.
