The rules are citywide; the work differs by borough

The same NYC rules apply in every borough: Local Law 11 / FISPfor the facades of buildings taller than six stories,Local Law 126for parking structures (with filing sub-cycles by borough), theannual parapet observation, and the 2025 sidewalk shed laws. What differs is the work we have documented: large multi-building facade programs and high-rise roofs in Manhattan, new construction envelope and garage work in Brooklyn, and EIFS and brick facades in the Bronx. Each borough page lists those projects and the local rule timing that applies there.

Beyond the three boroughs

We also serve Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester County, Rockland County, New Jersey and Connecticut. Our documented New Jersey work includes 128 Montrose Street (South Orange Village) and Cast Iron Lofts I & II (Jersey City). Dedicated pages for other areas will go live as we publish documented project work there; we don't build a location page without real completed work behind it. See every job on the projects page, or tell us about your building.
