Large co-op boards, condo associations, and property-management portfolios need a contractor who has actually coordinated restoration work across many buildings at once — overlapping scaffold logistics, phased access, and a single point of accountability across the whole complex. These are our two largest documented multi-structure programs.

What a multi-building program takes
A complex is not one job repeated. Every structure has its own FISP report, its own access plan and its own sidewalk shed clock, and the residents never move out. On the two programs above that meant:
- Access at scale: up to 168 suspended scaffolds operating at once at Peter Cooper Village (546 in total), and 48 at once at the Kips Bay Complex (144 in total).
- One safety program: a full-time on-site safety coordinator on both complexes.
- One schedule for the paperwork: DOB filings, shed permits and each building's repair deadlines tracked together.
On Local Law 11 work, each building's QEWI leads the inspection and files the report; we help architects and engineers conduct inspections, then run the repairs. See construction management, scaffolding & sidewalk sheds, the 90-day shed permit rulesand what drives facade restoration cost.
