Working in Bronx

Our Bronx work includes a 24-scaffold facade restoration with full recaulking and balcony coatings at 3935 Blackstone Avenue, EIFS facades at 1166 Fox Street and 234 East 203rd Street, roof and brick work at 3178 Villa Avenue, and FISP Cycle 10 inspection support at 2837 Valentine Avenue, where Altius CM provided rope access and hands-on support to the engineer.

Bronx buildings over six stories are covered by Local Law 11 / FISP. Bronx parking structures are in Local Law 126 sub-cycle C, whose filing window runs January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027.
