Project Overview
1166 Fox Street in the Bronx (10459) is a facade restoration that Altius CM completed from design consulting through installation. The wall was finished in EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System): 10,000 sq ft of it. Altius CM also replaced 3,000 linear feet of window caulking, so the window perimeters seal into the new wall rather than leaving a gap between two trades’ work.
