Our Brooklyn work runs from new construction roofing and envelope at 311 Franklin Avenue to EIFS and PMMA waterproofing at 870 New York Avenue, stucco and brick replacement at 48 Bleecker Street, and a completed parking garage restoration at 14 53rd Street.
Brooklyn buildings over six stories are covered by Local Law 11 / FISP, where a licensed architect or engineer inspects the facade and we carry out the repairs. Brooklyn parking structures fall in Local Law 126 sub-cycle B (January 2024 to December 2025), and the 2025 sidewalk shed laws apply citywide.
