Project Overview

311 Franklin Avenue in Brooklyn (11238) is a new construction roofing and envelope project that Altius CM completed from design consulting through installation. On the roof, Altius CM designed and built the tapered insulation, installed a 2-ply roofing system, and finished 2,000 sq ft of roofing and pavers, with liquid flashing and metal work at the details.

Envelope

The walls received 10,000 sq ft of EIFS and 2,500 sq ft of masonry. Balconies were waterproofed with PMMA, a liquid-applied system that bonds to the many surfaces that meet at a balcony edge.
