Working in Manhattan
Manhattan is where our largest work is: the 21-structure Peter Cooper Village program, the 8-structure Kips Bay Complex, the FISP 9 restoration at The Armory, 529 West 42nd Street, and FISP Cycle 10A repairs at 1 Rector Park in Battery Park City. Roofing ranges from the 28,000 sq ft roof at 1251 Avenue of the Americas to a roof replacement without a sidewalk shed at 401 East 65th Street, and 330 West 45th Street is a parking garage structural repair.
Manhattan buildings over six stories are covered by Local Law 11 / FISP. Manhattan parking structures in Community Districts 1 to 7 were in Local Law 126 sub-cycle A (2022 to 2023), and Community Districts 8 to 12 in sub-cycle B (2024 to 2025). The 2025 sidewalk shed laws apply to every shed.
