Project Overview
111 Hudson Street Condominium in Manhattan (10013) is a combined roofing and facade restoration contract, in progress. On the roof, Altius CM is installing a new sloped roof and waterproofing the building’s existing round skylights with PMMA, a liquid-applied system that handles curved and detailed surfaces well. New counterflashing goes in at the perimeters and parapet walls, the roof-to-wall transition where many leaks begin.
Facade and concrete work
The facade scope covers concrete repair and brick replacement. The contract carries allowances for 1,400 SF of concrete repair, 20 SF of brick replacement, 150 LF of flashing and 400 SF of PMMA flashing, so the work can follow conditions as they are confirmed in the field.
